Well it's one of the baby blankets that I have made making it's way into the world. Kimberly was nice enough to take a picture of Carly (not sure if I spelled that right) in the blanket. Isn't she precious, oh and the blanket is such a beauty *giggle*.

Melissa's (my stoopid seester) scarf...
My sister knows how to crochet, however, she sucks at it. Soooo, she has asked me to make a scarf for her. I have made up this pattern very simple and very pretty, it looks like textured stripes. Any ways here is a pic of the scarf. To all of you readers, if we have any, let me know what you think.

It's Funshine Bear!!!
Ok ya'll sorry it took me so long to post new pics up, but I have been one busy little bugger. I have made a Funshine Care Bear for one of my neices, and only 3 more to go. Goodness it was hard, to do one, but now that I have done it, I know it's gonna go a lot easier and faster for the next ones. Good thing my nieces don't come to visit til' January, it gives me a bit more time. Well attached are pics of the Care Bear, now remember it's not perfect and my first one, but I think it came out pretty KICK ASS!!!!!!
I hope you guys like it, let me know what ya'll think.

Yes, we're still here
I'm sure some of you are wondering what happened to us, well yes, we're still here.
As for me, I've had to put all my lovely little baby blankets on hold to make afghans for my Christmas presents this year. As of yesterday, I finished the last of the planned afghans and started to wash them before taking pictures and getting ready to wrap them. As soon as thats done I'll post the work here... there are five in total (right now, of course, masochist that I am I'm considering trying to squeeze in three or so more before the big Yule day hits).
Here's a question for all your yarn lovers out there... one of the afghans I made used an angora mix yarn... it sheds worse than a long haired dog in the summer, when I washed it I made it worse... any tips for me? Its for a woman who is incredibly careful with her home and I worry she won't want to use this since it leaves white angora everywhere its been!
As for The Knit Wit Booger, she's been working on Christmas presents too, and even I can't wait to see them, maybe if we ask her nicely she post pictures of the work in progress... ready, here we go... PLEASE BOOGIE!!!
The babies I had previously been working for will all be making their much anticipated appearances in January and February so I need to get cracking on those again and I promise pictures as they're completed.
Well, keep checking back to see when those blankets I made are posted, I hope to get to it this weekend (but the holiday crunch is fast upon us and I can't promise anything). In the mean time I wish all of you enjoy your winter celebrations!
